  Some of the people behind the desk are pretty nice, others having that resting ***** face look and care less about you, you'll probably end up making multiple trips because no matter how much you prepare they always find something else you need to have to get anything done, registering a used vehicle from private owner was way more of a a hassle than it should have been. I'm also tired of hearing a computer say "we're sorry we cannot take your call right now" everytime you try to call the place.

  The staff in the office is nice, but I wasted my time, gas, and milage to come up here for a road test. I drove 190 miles to take my test, and the second he got in the car the instructor decided I would fail. The area, Endicott, is economically depressed, and if you show any signs of having some money, or Jewish, or democratic, you will fail not matter how well you do. If I could go back and change it to a later time at a different location, I would do it in a heartbeat. But if you take your road test here, look poor, don't talk unless answering a question, act Republican, and you should be better off.

  I'm surprised by some of the opinions here. I've been to more than 10 different DMV offices in NY and just left there. Awesome as always. I mean, it's not Chucky Cheese...it's a DMV.
