    Chef Michelle was extremely professional and always had time to take a phone call if I had any questions or additions to the menu at my sister's bridal shower.

    The food was amazing! The chicken salad finger sandwiches were addictive (and gone immediately) and the Caprese finger sandwiches must have had basil picked from a garden just before she arrived; I've never tasted the herb so fresh! Everyone was commenting on the delicious roasted garlic and every vegetable was cooked to perfect warmth and crunchiness and the chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake squares were indulgent delicacies.

    One of the guests ended up having a very new vegan/gluten free diet that we didn't know about until just before the event and Chef Michelle accommodated beautifully by making her a beautiful salad loaded with fresh spinach and fruit.

    I would 150% recommend Phantom Chef catering!
